Same ebooks… just cheaper!

My son is 16 months old and allergic to eggs. I’m looking for a cook book that is only egg free (not milk, wheat, gluten, etc free)
Thanks but I heard that the flaxseed sub makes things gummy. Does it or any other ideas?

I don’t know of a cookbook, but I did want to let you know that you can substitute flax seed for eggs when baking. It’s 1 tablespoon of ground flax seed + 3 tablespoons of water for every egg, and it works in anything. Just wanted to let you know in case you didn’t already!

I know in cakes you can use applesauce instead of eggs and it turns out great. You can google egg free recipes and see what comes up.
