I have received and e-mail from a good friend asking me to get back to her at an unfamiliar address. The e-mail appears to be from someone who is illiterate. My friend is educated.

    Your friends’ email account has been phished (hacked). Find another way to contact this person to let them know. They will need to try and regain access to their account and change their password. Do not send any money to the illiterate scammer who has stolen your friends account. This is a very common scam.
