Before I could write an e-mail, go to the address book and automatically enter the address(s) of the person or people I wanted to contact. Now I can’t. Why
I assume you’re referring to Yahoo???
Try this to pull up your address book—and to insert one or multiple addresses.
With Classic Mail:
>Click on Forward or New.
>Click directly on the word TO and your mailing list (address book) opens.
>Check each name (address) you want to send to and then click the "insert checked contacts" tab.
…………………………..
Just in case you’re using the New Yahoo Mail
>Click on "New or Forward".
>Click on TO—(or CC or BCC—whichever line you want the addresses entered on)—-to open your mailing list.
>Click on ONE name (address), and THEN press and hold the "ctrl" key, while clicking on the others you want to send to.
>Click OK.
In either case—the addresses will be inserted on the address line for you and all you have to do then, is "Send".
