How can I download a file of e-mail addresses using excel into my address book?

I have about 800 e-mail addresses I would like to be able to use for mailings for my organization. I heard that I can add 100 a day but how do I do it from an excel file?

save as *.csv file, import *.csv file into mail appication. (CSV = comma seperated values)
