I recently purchased a ebook online. And the only way i can open it is through internet explorer. Since i don’t have internet at home, is it possible just to open it without internet access and just open it like a normal PDF file?
Depending on the DRM they used, if you opened it once while online (unlocked it), you can often then open it while offline on the same computer.
Cheap eBook Store ?
Same ebooks… just cheaper!

You would have had to download the PDF from the site, put it onto a disk, and take that home.

Why don’t you just go to a cyber cafe, copy-paste the text of the book into a Word file and then bring it home with you on a pen drive or something?
